VERY different from our 2018 – this unfiltered, barrel fermented Tempranillo rosé ended up with a beautiful cloudy ruby colour, and you’ll instantly be drawn in with a savoury nose of strawberry-fig jam. A complex palate of bright cherry and black currant makes for a fuller-bodied, more serious rosé – best served chilled while doing unserious things. It was wild-fermented using only native yeasts found in the air and on the grapes themselves.
