A bit of a rarity for the Okanagan – this is our take on the classic Rhone blend, but with Chardonnay added to the mix. Full bodied and dry, you’ll get a decadent nose of apricot, vanilla, and macadamia nut, followed by tropical fruit and waxy honeycomb on the palate.
After being pressed together, and fermented in stainless steel, it was moved to a 75% new French oak barrel that was convection toasted, where it finished fermenting. It was left on lees until we racked and blended before bottling. This is great to drink now, but could be cellared for 5-8 years+
