This barrel fermented, 100% Sauvignon Blanc opens with a very tropical nose of lychee, juicy Okanagan peach, and hints of lemon tart. The palate is bright and crunchy with notes of zested lime, mandarin, and wet stone. It's bone dry with a subtle grip; the result of spending a sunny afternoon on skins.
