THE SPRING 2021 PACK
Haze 2020 (2x)
Semillon, Sauv Blanc, Viognier and Muscat spent a week on skins before being wild fermented in barrel. Bright, dry, and hazy with notes of young, crunchy peach and green apple skin. We're including two of these because they're HIGHLY crushable.
Orange 2020 (1x)
It's baaaaaack – our hand harvested, hand destemmed, wild fermented blend of Gewürztraminer and Muscat spent another fortnight on skins, and is very similar to our 2019 version. You'll get those familiar bursts of mandarin, peach and orange peel.
Malbec Rosé 2020 (1x)
Conjuring summer memories of watermelon candies from the corner store, this wild fermented rosé tastes like saline guava, herbal tea leaf, and explosive pomegranate. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, it has a dynamic texture and a lovely dry finish.
Merlot 2019 (1x)
We're pretty pumped on this one right here. It's got a lively palate with a punch of raspberry, contrasted by darker notes of cacao and star anise on the finish. The grapes for this medium-bodied Merlot came from three cooler-climate sites, contributing to its bright acidity and ‘drink-now’ style. It spent 14 months in barrel: 20% new oak, 80% neutral.
Neighbour 2018 (1x)
This is showing reallllly nicely right now. Neighbour is our signature red blend from five different South Okanagan plots. With each varietal being wild fermented using only native yeasts. The nose is loaded with blackberry, leather, plum, and black currant. It aged for 18 months in a mix of Hungarian and French oak before many blend experiments led Kevin to this one that includes 2% Tempranillo.
