Our signature orange wine – With a nose of spiced citrus and jasmine tea, this dry skin-contact Gewürztraminer is bursting with notes of tropical fruit, young peach and witbier.

Half of the grapes were picked slightly early to bring more acidity to the mix, and 7 day cold ferment on skins was done before transferring to neutral oak barrels for 6 months.
