A shining example of BC orange wine – this hand-harvested, hand-destemmed, wild-fermented Gewürztraminer Muscat blend spent a fortnight on skins. Hazy, golden-orange and unfiltered, it opens with an expressive nose of citrus, jasmine and coriander seed. Surprisingly dry, you'll get bursts of mandarin, peach and orange peel as you wake from a daydream that feels like drinking witbier on a sunny patio.
