These thick and toasty beauties are some of our go-to's for those heavy winter afternoons, and the Marsanne... oh baby. Our guilty pleasure we've had stowed away for a while – there's only a couple cases in our archive, and we've used some of them to share this pack with you 💋
IN THE PACK
Marsanne Roussanne 2018 (1x)
A bit of a rarity for the Okanagan – this is our take on the classic Rhone blend, but with 14% Chardonnay added to the mix. Full bodied and dry, you’ll get a decadent nose of apricot, vanilla, and macadamia nut, followed by tropical fruit and waxy honeycomb on the palate.
After being pressed together, and fermented in stainless steel, it was moved to a 75% new French oak barrel that was convection toasted, where it finished fermenting. It was left on lees until we racked and blended before bottling. This is great to drink now, but could be cellared for another couple years (2024)

Chardonnay 2018 (1x)
This Chardonnay was split in two after picking, with 60% being barrel fermented in French oak and later moved to stainless steel, and the other 40% fermented in stainless steel and moved to French oak for 12 months. With perfect balance and acidity, this dry, unfiltered gem will have you drifting between notes of honeysuckle, preserved lemon pastry, pineapple, and expressive stone fruit.

Chardonnay 2019 (1x)
A citrine coloured gem with a rich nose of toasted praline, and on the palate you’ll find notes of lemon-curd pastry, juicy grilled pineapple, and hints of clove.
This Chard has great oak integration (@40% new) and slightly higher acid levels than our 2018, creating a balanced gem we're very proud of. Around 60% was wild-fermented, and the rest received a special French strain of yeast that our winemaker Kevin won't let go of. This is our only wine that isn't entirely wild fermented.
